Feet, glorious, feet!

This past week Gaby discovered her feet! It's just so cute to see her grab her toes and try to put them in her mouth. She's got some flexibility! She's also babbling up a storm. It's funny, when Byron shushes her (to listen to some silly sports or news on TV) she just raises the volume- just like her mommy:)

I had to work the whole week

so my cousin Angela came back on nanny duty. Gaby has so much fun with her. They play alot and Angela has infinite patience in teaching Gaby new things. Poor Pita is dying being away from her little angel. But she'll be back soon.


I'm very sad to report that my precious little niece, Mia, is back in the hospital. We are praying for her speedy recovery and want her to come home soon. That poor little sweetie (and her parents) have been through so much. Please send her your prayers and good thoughts:) We love you, Mia!

In other news....We closed on our house in Austin and now officially own two houses. We did not expect to take so long to sell our house here but I guess it's part of the "down market". Anyway, if anyone is in need of a St. Louis vacation home, I've got the perfect one for you:) Also, we are going to Austin over Memorial Day weekend to check out our new place and to get some things in order.
